MARINES MEMORIAL THEATRE



Capacity: 650 seats

Located in the heart of San Francisco's theatre district, the Marines Memorial Theatre is an historical landmark. Throughout its history, the theatre has been the home of some of the region's finest Off-Broadway productions including, among others, A.C.T,'s highly-praised productions of ANGELS IN AMERICA and August Wilson's' pre-Broadway premiere of SEVEN GUITARS; and Berkeley Repertory Theatre's presentation of Anna Deavere Smith's TWILIGHT: LOS ANGELES, 1992 .

Independent productions have included STOMP!, TWILIGHT OF THE GOLDS, THE DAVID PARSONS DANCE COMPANY, the world premiere of A TUNA CHRISTMAS; and 1998's award-winning DAMES AT SEA.
