China on Broadway Mission Statement

Following landmark achievements in establishing the first foreign joint venture to operate in the Chinese cultural industry and a Broadway theatrical circuit in China, Nederlander Worldwide Entertainment has established the "China on Broadway" initiative to bring the best of Chinese culture to Broadway audiences. This program, featuring annual presentations on Broadway and elsewhere of the finest theatrical events in China, will provide a true exchange of culture and creative expressions. With the arrival of each Lunar New Year, the Times Square audience, the New York community and the Broadway artists will be enlivened with the culture, the art, the skills and the people of the People's Republic of China. China on Broadway's first presentation SOUL OF SHAOLIN will treat Broadway audiences to a cultural entertainment experience.
